Encased, frosted glass bird includes engraved signature & original foil sticker. An incredible Mid-Century collector's piece for anyone who loves great art in their home. The Scavo technique used here was an exterior treatment of the glass meant to mimic ancient corroded Roman glass. Note that some of these photos are shown with a small light positioned underneath to highlight the interior blue tones. Suggested display: In a lighted case or window sill.
